A 12.5 baseball glove offers a wide range of versatility for a baseball player. Choosing a baseball glove can be a very difficult process. 12.5 Inch Glove - for Outfield or First Base
12.5 inch gloves are ideal for outfielders. Outfielders need a bigger glove to make out reaching catches and to gold onto the ball. A 12.5 inch glove is right in the middle of sizes most outfielders should use. Any glove from 12"-13" can be used in the outfield. If you are an infielder the 12.5 inch frame is probably not the best option for you. A 12.5 inch frame is too big for an infielder as it would not allow an infielder to get rid of the ball as quickly as they need to. 12.5 inches is also an ideal size for a first baseman mitt as it allows first baseman to have a large surface area to catch the ball.
